Valentines Day Plants

Still growing long after the 14th

Valentine's Day plants are still there in March, which is the argument for them. A living plant keeps growing long past the 14th and asks for a bit of attention along the way. Delivered across Brisbane as part of our plant gift delivery Brisbane service.

Valentines Day Plants

Choosing a Valentine's Day plant

Glossy foliage and a strong shape. A Valentine's gift is going to be looked at closely and photographed once, so the plant should hold up to both, and deep green leaves with a bit of gloss on them do that. Think about where it'll live afterwards as well. The plant that suits her flat in March is the better buy than the one that suits the 14th.

Galentine's Day plants

The 13th has become a real sending day, and a plant is a much easier gift to give a friend than anything more loaded. It's warm without being a statement, it's useful, and if you're sending to several people you can send the same thing to all of them without it looking like a job lot. Same cutoffs apply.

Sending one to a workplace

Plenty of these go to offices, and the timing is the thing to get right. Our couriers start around 12:30pm and aim to finish by 5pm, so an early-finishing workplace is worth checking before you send. Put the company name on the address, and if you'd rather it went home instead, send it earlier in the week and let it be waiting.

Ordering in time for the 14th

Order before 12pm on a weekday, or before 10am on a Saturday, and we deliver the same day across the suburbs we cover. There are no Sunday deliveries, so a Sunday the 14th means sending on the Saturday. Confirm the address on our Brisbane delivery areas page, add a greeting card on the product page, and write the message yourself. If it doubles as a birthday, our birthday plants range is chosen along the same lines.
