These terms cover your use of the Green Amor website and any order you place with us. Green Amor is operated by TODO-CONFIRM-LEGAL-ENTITY (ABN TODO-CONFIRM-ABN). By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them.

You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to give us accurate information, and not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with how it runs, or to copy our content for your own commercial use.
An order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, where:
TODO-CONFIRM-SUBSTITUTION: confirm whether a plant, pot or gift may be substituted when it's unavailable, and on what terms, before publishing. Until that's confirmed, say nothing about substitution.
Prices are in Australian dollars. TODO-CONFIRM-GST: confirm whether prices include GST.
We sell living plants, along with pots, giftware and greeting cards offered as add-ons. Plants are grown by growers and the add-ons are made by other brands. We choose what we sell, so please read the product description before you order, including pot materials and size measurements.
No two plants grow the same way, so leaf count, shape and colour vary from plant to plant and shift with the season. Your plant won't be an exact copy of the one in our photos. Our refund policy explains how we treat natural variation.
Colours can also look different from screen to screen, so a photo is a guide rather than an exact match.
You type your own gift message at checkout and it's printed as you write it, so please check your spelling before you order. TODO-CONFIRM-GIFT-MESSAGE: confirm whether we reserve the right to decline an offensive or unlawful message, and whether a message can be changed after an order is placed.
Our plant gift delivery terms set out where we deliver, our cut-offs, how Authority to Leave works, and the places we can't deliver to. They form part of these terms.
Delivery dates and arrival times are our best effort, not a guarantee. We can't accept a request for a specific delivery time, because our routes change every day.
Our refunds and returns policy sets out cancellations, change of mind, natural plant variation, and what to do if something arrives damaged or faulty. It forms part of these terms.
Some indoor plants can make dogs, cats and other pets unwell if they chew or eat them. Choosing a plant that suits your recipient's home is your decision, and Green Amor isn't responsible for harm to a pet caused by a plant you selected. Our pet-friendly plants range is the straightforward answer where you're not sure.
Plants and plant care information on this site are general in nature and aren't medical or veterinary advice.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded. Where a failure is major, you can choose a replacement or a refund. Where it isn't major, we're entitled to put the problem right within a reasonable time.
Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to browse and share links, but please don't reproduce our content for commercial use without asking.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the current one, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones in place when you place it.
These terms are governed by the laws of TODO-CONFIRM-JURISDICTION (Queensland is assumed, not confirmed), and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
